Dhanraj Konduru (DJ)
Programme & product manager based in London. For 15+ years I’ve worked at the intersection of enterprise technology and operations, making large, complicated things actually ship. These days I also build small things on the side.

- About Machines, by Machines ↗ live · pre-launch
An essay-in-dialogue: two AI models and I think out loud about why an everyday object is the way it is.
About me
I’m DJ. I started out as a software engineer, moved into consulting, and have spent the last stretch running large programmes in pharma and consumer, the kind with thousands of stakeholders, overlapping systems and a fixed go-live date.
A dilse Hyderabadi at heart, with a soft spot for Mumbai and New York. I like good food and good company. Right now I’m mostly seeing the world all over again through my little one.

Interests
On the move. Took up skiing in my 30s and have since done the whole Sella Ronda circuit in the Dolomites, a few of the Olympic black runs included; I also inline-rollerblade and ice-skate. Rode sport motorcycles through my 20s. For a while I drove my little one up front beside me in a Porsche through London, until the two of us got traded in for a four-seater last summer ;). It did leave me wondering who decided the viewless back seat was the safe place for a small soul. Aiming to get back on a motorcycle eventually, with the little one riding along. And come Sunday, I'm usually watching F1.
Far afield. Did the W trek in Patagonia (2018). Rode a motorbike on Easter Island. Hitchhiked across the Argentina–Chile border. Slid down the Pucón volcano in Chile on my backside.
Been there. Canada (Vancouver, Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Québec), most of the US, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Morocco, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Chile and Argentina (Easter Island included, thanks to my wife), and across the South Indian states.
Home is. A dilse Hyderabadi whose heart beats for Mumbai and NYC, exploring the world all over again with the little one.
